Manta18's post finally reminded me to make this post.
A buddy of mine picked this up at a garage sale for $3 and gave it to me. I slapped some rattle can on it just for fun. Haven't used it much, no muskies that I can account for, but bass or pike do blow it up using it like a pull bait. Did some research and I'll link some stuff below for some short reads. But what I wanna know is do any of you have any personal accounts using it? I've seen 1 similar used before as a flasher trolling lake trout on TV. Any idea why Eppinger or anybody for that matter isn't making this basic design concept? Also thinking of feathering the treble, thoughts there?

Jay, try a split tail trailer on rear hook. Johnson silver minnow are known to be good producers around the opener when things are tough. In SE WI. Here, sometimes a simple 2/5 oz Cleo produces.

I know several guys  fishing Lake Michigan tie pillow feathers on trebles of cast masters;)

Can go get some cheap marabou feathers at a craft store. I would trim a couple big ones in half and just tie the top half to the treble.
