Originally it was a old jointed slammer made of basswood, but slammer owner says it not. Any ideas?

Could it be an early custom X? I know the bigger ones didn't have that pointy nose...not sure if he made a jointed though.

How old do you believe it to be? Are you only owner or did you buy it off someone? Knowing that timeline might help narrow it down
