Location: Rochester, New York | The closest place to me that i know of for pickerel is Hemlock and i was wondering if anyone knew of any small ponds or places closer to me (30 minutes or less) with good shore access that have chain pickerel places being unnamed places or ones that arent known by lots of people the way black creek and buck pond are.
I was also looking for another place besides the Greece Canal Ponds park that have good shore access for pike that aren’t well known by lots of people and closer to rochester that are a 30 minute or less drive)
Looking for any places within an hour of rochester ny that have muskies NOT TIGER MUSKIES |

within an hour? there are none. There is only one option for tiger muskies near you - Conesus lake. Shoreline fishing opportunities are very limited

Location: Duluth | Sorry man, not really giving anyone much if anything to work with. If you want a free ride on a boat contact the MI president in your area, and join. Or move to Buffalo and shore fish the Niagara. |

| Lake Ontario has some of the biggest pure strain muskies on the planet. They are catchable from shore too. |

Location: Brighton CO. | In 2019 we took a non fishing trip to New England and part of the trip we were in Buffalo and drove between Buffalo Harbor and the Niagra River to the falls, and as I drove I thought to myself "that look awfully fishy to me" I was wishing I had a pole to give it a try. For the record I did not see a single person fishing. |
