I had a pair on Costa Fantail Sunglasses that had the rubber ear pads separate from the frame. Sent them in and Received a new pair within a week, no charge.
In the current environment that is outstanding customer service !

My kids bent the hinges on my last pair and I sent them in. Got a brand new pair, same model, they even let you pick your frame and lens color In case you want to try something new. Also have had shattered glass lenses and they sent a brand new pair. Only have to pay for shipping to them. As long as you don’t drop them to the bottom of the lake your good.

I have a pair of fantails, awesome fishing shades. Haven't had to use the warranty yet, 4 years running.

I've used Costa's warranty many times. The last time it has changed however and they don't offer like for like and will not give a second lifetime warranty to these glasses. Got to choose between 4 frames and lenses but the combination did not equal what I sent in.

I had a choice to try something different, but choose to replace them with the exact same pair I sent in.

Originally that was the option you got what you sent in. They did not offer me the same frame with the same lens this last time.
