I believe you could obtain at least an image from navionics: https://www.navionics.com/usa/charts?format=Regular&charts=Navionics...
If you zoom in, , you could take screen shots of the lake, combine them into one big map, take it to a print shop and have it laminated, making it waterproof.
I'll search a bit more here to see what I can find as well.
