Location: Jamestown, Pa. | I had the chance to meet Mike Greggs and Rich Gallagher. Mikes color style were very familiar to me ( wonder why?) Mike, your work is fantastic and I was very pleased to see that you use the artistic approach and keep it alive. One might have been worried about competition but the Industry is big and I am pleased also that you take the special care to bring the colors to life. We share the same values and I can see that you truely love what you are doing and that adds "Value" to your work. Welcome aboard to the "Cutting edge of Technology". ( Did I say that? )
I guess this means you are no longer my customer ?
If you haven't seen Mikes work yet, by all means make it point to check him out, I did and I was very pleased.
Tight lines to all this year,

| Hey Stan,
It was also my pleasure to meet and talk with you as well. I hold you in high regard for what you have accomplished. You were the first to venture off the common path and show the musky world what a little creativity could accomplish. True, we both share a passion for color and artistry when painting a bait.
I am not sure that the muskies appreciate the mind bending thoughts that go into custom bait painting, but they should! (LOL.)
We both create custom baits, but yet there are differences. You are very creative in one way, and I in another. With the growing popularity of musky fishing these days Stan, I rest assured that competition wont be an issue.
I truly appreciate your gracious welcome to the "Cutting edge of Technology." Take care Stan. |
