Anyone tried that?
Would you care to share how to rig it, what trebles to remove to make it legal ....
Yep, crazy ideas, that's me!

Thanks

When in doubt throw one out with only three trebles.

Yeah, but what lure will be the one that will get bit most of the time?
First or second in line?
4 hooks allowed in Ontario

Aw I didn't know you could have 4 in Ontario! I know the old Grandma's had four trebles but they stopped making them with most places only allowing three, Learn something every day. Good to know.

I’ve never tried it myself but I’ve heard of a “Berger King Rig” where you troll a Believer with a spoon trailing. I think it’s done on the St. Lawrence and the spoon acts as an attractor but also can l pick up so fish along the way. If you do a google search it will show an old M1st post with a pic. I’ll try to attach one.

Tuff one since you don’t want to take away the action of the lures. I would say run a 3 way swivel. I would think heavier lure in the back.

For hooks run 2 on each lure.

Been wondering this as well. How specifically you connect the trailer lure to the front (eg the best way to do so). Good topic.

I tried it and not a fan, my net jobs were not pretty. Never had a hit on the trailing spoon and fortunately neither of the two I caught rolled.

Burger King is a deadly technique. 60% caught on the spoon.
