I have been getting really into building bucktails this winter. I have been building things with indianas, fluted blades, wide willows, stuff like that to make them a little different than the standard 8-10’s that most people are throwing. I really want to make some with big #10 or #12 Indiana’s but I can’t find them anywhere. I know the exist because musky frenzy makes baits with both sizes. Does anyone have any sources I could get Indiana’s or other style blades in the 10 + size range? Easy to find 9’s just nothing over that

Shared this in the basement bait section a little while ago. But if u want to try something unique with 8's check these out:

No idea if they'll deploy in a bucktail configuration, but would make a mean looking bucktail if they did.

Hagensfish.com . They aren't fluted but they have some great finishes. Other outlets so carry that blade but they have the biggest selection. They do have fluted blades but not that big.

I sent you a PM.

Barlows had 10 and 12s. Moores doesn't have larger than 9s

Give Dick Moore a call anyway.. He's only too happy to help, and would likely point you in the right direction..

That said, Hagan's Worth, and Lakeland (if they're still around), all have some pretty hefty minimum purchase policies..

Thanks for the reply’s. The more time I spend looking at blades the more interesting stuff I find. By the end of this winter I’ll probably have 100 various bucktails made up and will probably end up only catching fish on 2. At least gives me something to do in the winter.
