Muskie season is open year round here in NJ, which other states are open year long as well?

This 46 incher was landed by one of our ice fishing contest participants. We don't allow muskies to be weighed in for any of our contests so he didn't win anything but had a heck of time! I wasn't there but the fish was released.

As far as I am aware, todate Hawaii and Idaho have not announced their intention to close muskie fishing.

Thanks for the pic webguy. That is a nice fat ski.

I took out my son and his friend walleye fishing last Saturday, we got a 37.5 inch muskie off the bottom with a walleye set-up. Its nice to see a muskie from time to time.

I can't wait till the opener !!!

Oh ya, I forgot about the Cave outing..............

So, Webguy, what part of Jersey are you finding these hawgs? I've got in-laws in Woodstown, might give me a reason to go visit. m

Lake Hopatcong is in northern NJ about 3 hours north of Woodstown which is in the southern part of the state. Most people only visit NJ if they have to, so if you have to come I'd be happy to bring you out on the water, that invite goes out to all you MF'ers!

ToddM, Fortunately I haven't seen a jet ski since early December, and people say fisherman are crazy!

Does the cave ever freeze over, with this cold blast hitting us I was just wondering.
