Posts: 243 | Looking to upgrade my winch, have a 681 VS and would like it to mount easily to the existing setup. Interested in suggestions on something with a lot of power to snug up the last few cranks.

Posts: 31 | Check out the Fulton FW32000101 F2 Two-Speed Trailer Winch with Strap - 3200 lb. Load Capacity. The winch has lots of power and bolted right up to my Ranger Trail winch post.

Posts: 1676 Location: Mt. Zion, IL | After wearing out the gears in too many Fulton winches, Dutton Lainson are the only ones I have found that last. Fulton replaced my 1600 twice before they said I must be doing something wrong. I have a roller trailer and actually winch the boat up the last 18” every time I load. https://www.dutton-lainson.com/proddetail.php?prod=15440 Will do you just fine. Remember the winch pull rating is on the 1st wrap, not an empty drum
