As of right now it looks like we have 5-6 boats attending. I think we also have rear boat space left for the floating challenged as well.

Come one come all!

Wish I was there, guys!! If Jason pops a 50" or better, I will be able to hear him all the way in Minoqua...Easy on him, Steve, he does very well from the back, but is absolutely snake bit when it comes to sticking a 50. Can't think of ANYONE who has out in the time, hard work, and all around effort that deserves a big girl more...slide the net under her gently...

To get to spring park landing from the cities take highway 12 west past wayzata until you hit co rd 15 then turn south,, What I do is get off at wayzata and just follow the lake around until I hit 15 then turn left,,that way I can look at the various bays on the way to the landinig to check wind and water conditions, you know your there when you see the minnetonka mist tavern on the right and the hennepin county water patrol office on the left

It was not a tournament.. was basicly a fellowship of anglers from this site. A fun organized outing, with donuts in the morning. There was 39.75 caught, but I left before I could find out more.

Maybe Steve Cady can shed some light on it.

Has 5 boats out... 3 fish that I know of but only 1 caught during the outing hours.

I screwed a nice fish up by not paying attention. Jason and I saw 3 others as well.

Sounds like the fish turned on after we quit at noon.

I don't know if I'd call it "turned on". The only fish we saw was caught, and I had to dig deep in the bag of tricks to pull this spot out. Hopefully they'll start getting hungry soon since the season's getting close to being over.-Shawn
