Subject: SAGE Rod Question

I have a 10' 2 piece custom casting rod marked - Graphite B21008 SP.

Can anyone tell me anything about this rod? Line lb, reel, etc.

The only Sage rods that I have heard of are Sage fly rods. Excellent quality but fairly pricey. They do make a very few spinning rods, but I have never hear of them making a casting rod. You might contact them and ask if your rod is one of theirs.

Sage does infact make convenntional tackle still. What you have is a 10ft 8wght fly rod turned into a steelhead casting rod it sounds, as sp rods were only produced in fly configuration.
