| does anyone know if malin brand or any other brand is less prone to kink than the afw ? personally ive never tried any other brand than afw. |

| i think it's a mix of nickel and stainless.it's the best when you want to do precision trolling ,close to the boat.sometimes it even play good music |

Location: Eastern Ontario | I use Malin 45 monel but think I will try Torpedo weighted steel and do double duty on salmon. They say it's much more user friendly and resists overruns and kinking. Guests can have a problem with wire if they are not familiar with it.

A long time ago my boat partner thought it would be a good idea to cast the lure out with my new wire outfit while we were trolling. I just remember yelling something like nooo… but miraculously (somehow) he did not get any kinks. |
