Location: Northwest Chicago Burbs | Been there, never done any good, but then again I hate casting from shore, and wont rent one of their "boats" for $40, and the concession stand is probably closed anyways.
Probably a better bet to head up to Silver or hit the chain. If you are boatless, I am penniless, for the cost of suckers and coffee I could be convinced to "guide" you (thats a joke) and a partner on Silver.

Location: mount prospect illinois | The concession that rents boats would mostl likely be closed for th eyear so your only option is shore casting. I have had luck out there in a boat before with lures as well as suckers. Nothing big but it is an alternative. |
