| I have a 8’6” st croix mojo that I would like to put some x wrap because the cork ones not look to good anymore. What size x wrap should I get and where should I buy it? What do I heat it up with? |

| 30 or 35 mm is what generaly works for most of my rods. You can get all you want on E-Bay. As for heat I use a heat gun. P S I love the stuff! X wrap gives me a non slip grip on the rod, plus it's easy to remove when it gets worn. |

| I used 35MM and put it on several Shimano TDR trolling rods that came new with soft black foam grips, used a heat gun for the shrink. Turned out nice, holds up great in the trolling rod holders. Bought it on Amazon and paid about $11 delivered for a 1-meter/39-in length piece, was enough for two rods including the handles and fore grips. I haven't used it on casting rods yet. |

| I went ahead and got the 30mm but I have no clue how you guys got that to fit over your cork, it’s really tight and even Tighter trying to get it over the first guide or trigger. How did you guys do it? |

Location: mercer wi | Should of bought 35mm. You could try to stretch tubing but it hard to do. I have this on all my rods, all st croix, 35 is way to go |

how do you remove it ?

| Make a small cut near the rod butt and pull on the wrap. It will peal right off in a spiral pattern with no damage to the cork. |
