I use both models, have nothing but good things to say given the price point. Sure you can lighter more comfortable rods for triple the price.

good cheap budget rod if that's what your after...my brother has one seems to be ok for the money

Been using 2 Compres for a Heavy jerk bait rod for years. No complaints. Lots of fish and I don't cringe when the rod hits the side of the boat! Great rod for the $$$ and durable.
