Location: Waukee, IA | How are you guys attaching baits to your lure turners? I'm making a turner soon but don't have any good ideas for how to secure large lures without adding voice grips that weigh a lot. |

| Not sure what your style of lure turner is but this is what I use. Most of my lures have a crankbait lip, so that makes it easier, but I just pinch them onto the wood with a spring clamp. If my lure doesn't have a lip, ill screw two spring clamps down onto the wood and attach them onto the eyes parallel to the wood (not the greatest method, still working on that one).

| I use a combination of cup hooks and springs. The wheel opposite the drive side can be moved farther away or closer to the drive side for different length baits, also, shorter or longer springs can be used. When I put a bait on, I give it's attaching spring a 1/2 twist in the opposite direction the spring is wound so that it torques the bait line tie against the cup hook which prevents the bait from slopping around.

| I did one that fits all the random baits I need. So it can go side to side or face multiple directions. It ain’t pretty but it accommodates all my baits. |

Location: Waukee, IA | A fair number of my baits don't have a dive lip so I'll probably have to use a spring type system. Thanks for the ideas guys |

| I use a similar system to 1VW, but use zip ties to attach the baits.
