I have seen the weather up there and it has been cold, 31 degrees yesterday morning. Has it Turned over yet?

I had water temps of 55 to 57 this morning. Not sure if it's turned yet or not, but we're right around there. I only lasted a couple hours due to the 30+ mph winds.
