| I sent an email to Navionics customer service, but I am guessing I'll get a faster response on here. Tried researching on Navionics website, couldn't find clear answers to my questions.
I would like an app for my smartphone so that I can follow depth contours and mark waypoints.
Navionics Boating USA costs 9.99 for a download and comes with one year Navionics+ subscription. After the year is up, will this app be useless to me? Or will I still be able to see contours and mark waypoints.

| i bought the navionics phone app last nov the cost was 14.99. I'm new to a cell phone i had to have my sister-in-law install it for me. i don't remember the 1 year and renew. but it is worth it to me i used it a lot during ice fishing marking waypoints and lake structure. very accurate and if i can figure it out anybody should. as far as using it in the boat i use the graph gps and the chip that goes into that. covers minn, wi,and canada waters that i fish. |

| You won't get to mark anything or change how the contours are shaded and you won't get new updates but all the lake contouring that you have down loaded will stay and you can still switch between sonar/gov/navionics. But I wouldn't mark anything on your phone, all that gets shared with everyone else and burns a spot |
