It’s been out for a season with the new design. It’s a thumper.

So it's a thumper-- any action on the bait?

I threw it last year, a few times. Nice action, but no luck.

I see it has that chatterbait style blade on it, so a lot of vibration.....but action kind of looks a bit like the baby beaver baits? Or am I wrong on that?

You can fish the dragon in numerous ways. Slow long pulls, quick jerks, or burn it in. I do very well with burning it in over over weeds when the water temps warm up. Or slow long pulls on the weed edges throughout the year. It really comes in handy when trying to establish a pattern being able to vary the type of retrieve every cast without switching out lures
