I used this lure on and off for a couple of weeks and the coating is coming off (see the attached picture). I really like this lure for the glide action. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know if there is a way to fix it?

Get in touch with Bill and send him the bait. He will take care of you, I am sure.

Like Steve said, contact Bill Schwartz and he will most likely take care of it. Mine has been great with no problems with the finish.

Musky Wishin- What happened was water got into the wood (from air bubble, hook gouges, cracks from rocks, etc) and the wood expanded and cracked the epoxy. It can happen to any lure that is wood and is epoxy coated and it can be fixed. It is a nice bait, I got my first muskie of the season on one. Contact Bill.

"Wishin"....

Diddo what has previously been posted. Bill is a good guy and makes some damn nice baits. You can contact him at [email protected] or go to his website and he has a message board on it.
