| Just received permission from the boss to add another musky adventure this coming week. I'm looking at Big Eau Pleine Reservoir just south east of Mosinee. According to the WI DNR website, they have been stocking muskies since 1972. I've never hear of this lake before. Any input from anyone familiar with this body of water would be appreciated. I'm most interested in best launch location and navigation concerns. |

| Best launch location - Lisa's Landing.
Navigation concerns - essentially none.
Good luck. There's a FEW in there, but I spend more time on Lake DuBay because I like to hit stumps and catch fish. |

Location: Stevens Point, Wi. | Don't get too excited about the stocking reports. There has been numerous winter die offs in the past due to low oxygen. |

Location: Almond, WI | VERY limited population. You are far more likely to catch big pike. |
