| Anyone with experience getting their Costa's repaired:
Did they send you new shades or repair them? the nose pad began peeling off mine within the first year of use. I'm sending them in today. Tried calling the company but didn't get to talk to a human.
If they typically send new glasses (instead of repairing), I want to see if I can get a different frame. Just wondering if that's possible. |

| nevermind, got through to someone, question was answered.
for the record, they wouldn't change the frame (which is fine), since they re-use the lenses, as long as they're in good shape (which mine are).
They would change the color if I so chose for just $49.
that's the end. |

Location: oswego, il | I have had several pairs repaired, frames and lenses over the years. Never needed a change in frames but if they discontinue a lens color you may run into an issue getting that lens. They may have to put in another color. |

Location: Plainfield IL | My older Costa's frames cracked and just sent them in a month ago. The frames were discontinued and they said pick a new pair as long as they were not custom limited edition glasses. Thumbs up to Costa with their online and customer service. |
