| I searched a while before posting this but I am wondering where you guys get your bucktails, marabou, and feathers? Is there a supplier with noticeably good prices? I was at Rollies today and all they had was bucktail.
Also, does anybody use fingernail polish on their thread? Results? |

Location: SE, WI. | Yes, I use nail polish on my thread, especially after tying, for cosmetics. I buy most of my marabou/ feathers at Reinkes brothers in Milwaukee. Very good lengths. Physically hand picking/buying is best. Then you know what your getting. Do a search here on this matter. Some good advice. JD

| Thanks Fishysam. Yes I did see this "supplies list". Most of these places don't have what I listed I am looking for but other components. I am convinced that many of the people here get their tails, marabou, and feathers from many different places and I will check out all of them that people are willing to list. I am looking for a good price which is why I posted. Not interested in bulk purchases. Thanks |
