i have used them a little and was looking into buying one until I found a toro nacl for a great price. That being said the S is a fantastic reel for the price and can be used for multiple different applications, and do them extremely effectively. It's fast enough to pick up slack line on rubber and other jerkbaits but it's also slow enough so you can pull double 10's comfortably.

I have the S and love it but I use my 60hs beast for rubber since it picks up more line

It would get the job done. If you are looking to get a dedicated rubber reel, there's definitely better options. If you want a multi-purpose rod/reel setup the S is an excellent option.

Toro s works just fine for rubber.

Revo s is bass sized, won't work, revo toro s will work. I'm only saying this encase you didn't know the difference.

The Revo Toro S is a good all purpose reel in my opinion. I have a Toro 60S and a Toro 60HS Beast. Both are good reels. Some might say the high speed is better for rubber but the 60S at 29" is not slow either and does a good job at a pretty nice price.
