| i was watching this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6BHgp41NE4k an i see it was uploaded in 2009! does Phantom Super Viper 8 still ride this low if not can someone recommend a lure that rides that low with similar action. thaqnks in advance |

Location: mercer wi | Awesome topwater bait. Got a buddy that loves these thing but he gets the ones with the twister tail. Rides low in water with great slush sound. |

| As mentioned it sits low in the water, and have to work it i bit different then a weagle, but great bait, got some cheap i like them i a lot. both the 6 and the 8 inch version (if i remember the size correct)

| I use both the small and large version of the softail viper. I get great action out of them and the fish seem to love them especially in shallow water. Make sure to use a wire leader and hard pops with lots of slack. My hooking percentage has been very good, pending they don't wiff...and they do a lot. |
