| I noticed Cabelas has its own brand battery chargers on sale this week. I'd been planning to buy a new 3 bank Minn Kota this spring but Cabelas has some great pricing (and I've got some gift cards to use). Anyone using a Cabelas charger or had experience with one? Thanks. |

take a look at Pro Mariner chargers too...I've had one for 9 yrs and it works great.

| Don't know the particulars about Cabela's chargers. Want's them to intelligently charge the battery. That is provide higher currents at 1st and reduce current as the battery approaches full charge. Then the charger should go off-line and not keep charging the battery unless it's charge level drops. These are the capabilities a good charger should possess. I do know that Minn Kota makes some such as the MK106D.

| Thanks for the replies. Reading the Cabelas reviews it looks like they're made by Pro Mariner. I'll give it a shot. Thanks again. |
