| Hi Guys/Gals, It's been a while but I'm back now, As a result of the attack on the World Trade Center one of the branches for the company that I work for lost it's entire Human Resources Dept. so I was asked if I would go to NY to help coordinate benefits for the families, Ben Remer sorry I did not get a chance to look you up but as you can imagine I was busy

| Jason / NWR: Thanks it is difficult enough dealing with the family of one employee loss but when working with the loss of 100+ employees most of which whose bodies have not been recovered yet puts things in a whole new perspective.
Jason, whats happening on Pewaukee? Have not been fishing since Sep 11th and was thinking of giving pewaukee a shot?

| John, that must have been difficult indeed. My hat is off to you. We were lucky in that our branch in new york did not have anybody working in the building but they did lose alot of business including some major accounts. I hope you can get out and enjoy some fall fishing.[:)] |

| Jason/NWR: Thanks for the offer I would love to ride along however the boss (wife) reminded me that because I have been away some home projects (4th bedroom in basement)need to be completed by the end of the month when her father will be staying with us for a few weeks. I am not putting the boat away just yet there is still November.
TODD & ALL: One of the most difficult parts of my job was meeting with the young children of the victims and they would ask if I knew when Mommy or Daddy was coming home, thank God that a Family crisis counseler was with me because I would not be able to cope with that on my own.
