| Finally, after 2 freaking years, I had a floow on a top raider. Nice fish, went about 44 and I swear her nose was touching the rear treble hook! I saw her starting to follow about 15 feet from the boat, so I sped up a bit and she stayed right with it, but no hits. As I got to the boat, I figured 8 and that left her gone.
Any advice? Throw back lure?
Frustrating, but I am glad after all this time, something went right with this lure.

Location: Belgium | a good throw-back lure would be a flaptail. Just ask sworrall. If she chased it this actively, she was a hot fish and thus a catchable fish.

Location: Davenport, IA | Maybe if you stop the lure. For me, the tactic has been good with walk the dog topwater and gliders. If the fish is really hot on the lure and you stop the lure they will either nail it or turn away. If they do turn away they almost always come back when you start working the lure again. |

Location: Northern Illinois | I would either throw a Jackpot or a Dancin' Raider at the fish. Whatever lure you like better I guess. The slow speed seems to give the fish more time to react. |

Location: Neenah, WI | If you have that fish follow that aggresively and you fishing late in the day move off that spot and let her be for 30 minutes or so. (If POssible)
Then come back to her when the light changes and try a again. My suggestion
for a throw back lure would be a Creeper or a Flap tail style bait
