Unfortunately I live in Oklahoma, and live 6 hrs from the nearest Muskie lake (Missouri). Looking at getting a 9ft rod that can handle both 10's and big rubber. Looking at the TI telescopic rods, and Jawbreaker custom 2-piece. I have two 8ft St. Croix premier, Mh and a H. They get the job done, but transporting them is tricky. With that being said I like the advantages of the 9 ft rods. Suggestions or opinions is greatly appreciated.

I just fished Lake St. Clair for two days with a 9' TI XXH 2-Piece Rod. It fished Medusa's, Pounders, Double 10's, and several other popular lures quite well. The 2-Piece Rod packed well and never came apart in those two days. That would be my recommendation.

TI's are hard to beat. Personally I'd go with a telescoping rod. The weight and balance are much better than a 2 piece.

I think a TI 9' XXH would suit you nicely. I love my XH for almost everything but not quite enough rod for big rubber.

I have the 9' TI XXH in both the Telescopic and 2-Piece, and I don't really notice a difference in balance or weight (however, I am casting 15 ounce lures and not dragging a 1/2 oz. jig, so it's a little hard to pick up on those weight and balance differences).
