| I just started using my autochart live and have read a few things online but my maps don't seem to turn out like others I have seen. Just wanted to know how you guys set the setting on your units. Not sure if it matters but I am using a Helix 9. |

| what do you mean by doesn't turn pout like the ones online? ive got 20-30 hours in on autochart live. i usually run straight lines for most of the lake, but criss-cross in a solid grid over the structure i want to map out. 2-6mph for detailed mapping
I also set it for 1' increments.

| This is great info, thank you. I think I was setting my depth settings too deep. I will play around with it more this week. |
