Curious...does it get hot enough on LOTW to worry about the fish? Attempted to search for the answer but came up dry. Heading up there early August for the first time. Just want to make sure I'm not heading into a disaster.

Rarely does the water temps get into the 80's. I've only seen it happen a few times in the past 50 years. Current temps are in the high 60's in the AM, and low 70's in the afternoon. Still always be very careful with fish handling, I still see floater from time to time. Good luck.
