It's a relatively small pool to choose from! I have a cabin on arguably one of the best musky lakes in the world and most guys I invite to go musky fishing think I'm nuts.....they all want to fish walleyes! Hard to find someone to share the boat with period let alone someone I won't want to murder by end of day one!

How come nobody has mentioned a boat partner that knows to keep his rod down and his bait in the water when crossing paths with another boat. Those guys are always funny, in 5 seconds you can see the popular bait fly through the air on the next cast.

I'm pretty sure that's shame, Todd.. not secrecy.

Someone who's fun to fish with, period. Some people are so up tight its ridiculous. A little compromise is needed sometimes when doing things with other people especially all day.

Some people just have to go one better don't they, well no a Retriever is just too big in the boat and some other kinds of boat partners are just warm weather orientated ! Must be a real pain not being able to leave lures lying all over the deck ! Jealousy is a terrible thing, that is a pretty dog you have !
