| I spent countless hours researching, practicing, testing all kinda knots only to learn.....
they all hold the same if u use a drop of super glue. Oh the shame of it.
Tie a double overhand "grannie knot" drop some superglue and behold. |

| Power Knot. Joe Bucher promoted it back in the 80s and its all I tie leaders on with. It's described in his original buck tail book. Combines a Clinch with a Palomar basically. Tricky to tie sometimes with the double line (wet helps) but once you get it, it's strong. Never had one fail. |
