I`m thinking about buying a used boat. Been looking @ a few of the Ranger 620`s with full windshield will they fit thru a 7ft height (tall) garage door ? Or is the motor height taller than the windshield ? Does it matter what year also (boat) or motor ?
Just trying to get a idea of what will fit in my garage with a 7ft tall door

It will fit, you may have to trim your outboard down a bit but the W/S will fit no problem

Yep....it will fit. Mine has full windshield and I have had it in. Don't try and get it in a 1 car garage tho.
Also...check the length. Even with a swing away tongue it may be a tight, tight fit....if it fits at all. With a 2 car garage, you can shove it in diagonally (but then no cars go in !!

Like I said, I've had mine in the garage but then I cannot close the door. I have a cabinet in the rear of my garage that cuts off about 2 feet in length. It's why I have to store mine all winter indoors about 4 miles away. Oh well.
