| I am heading up to the Chippewa Flowage Thursday - Sunday and have never fished there before.
We are staying at Dun Rovin resort and Spooky Bay resort.
Any tips? good locations to Muskie fish?
I've heard a lot of stories about people messing up their boats on this body of water?
Thanks! |

Location: one foot over the line | I have fished it earlier in the season and had good luck in the weedy bays. Lots of humps, bars, and points that i would probably take a look at now. At the time, I did not have a gps, lake chip depth finder and would have really wanted one. Big body of water with lots of islands and bends, easy to get turned around. Take it easy at first until you have a good track laid down. |

| Heading to the flowage at the end of the month to do some musky fishing. Not very familiar with the water so looking for a little help. Nothing all too specific - general islands, bays, lakes etc. Anything would be helpful. Thanks!

| dont trust your chip. havnt seen an accurate one for the lake yet. if your fishing the south east side stop at indian trail and buy a map. $5. hand drawn and shows the hazards well. watch out for the bogs. they move around and rise and sink. fish have been on weed edges for me lately. |

| We'll be staying on the east side so Indian Trail is reachable. Thanks for the heads up with the chip. Whats the water color like near Indian Trail? |
