Which electric fillet knives do you guys like? I tried out a new Rapala knife yesterday and the trigger was just horrible. Maybe I got a bad one. I'm going to return it ASAP.

It took me a while to get used to that trigger, but now that i'm going on my 5th year with it, i really like it. Find one that you are comfortable with and it makes cleaning fish a breeze.

I use the plain Mr. Twister and have been going strong for 4 years. It's got a short cord but I bring a 10' extention cord. If I don't have power, the original Rapala fillet knife served me well for a long time and many fish.

I like my Rapala but its an older model. I also have a few different length blades for it and that helps out a LOT.

Have the Rapala plug in, works like a champ. I do however seem to electrocute myself with it over and over and over again when cleaning it while it's still plugged in. User error?

The first time it's a mistake. If you do it again? Well...

I thought a person could only be electrocuted once.

Got the Rapala lithium Ion one recently and in my limited use I really like it. I don't even think I've ever charged it. But only cleaned about 10 fish with it so far over a month.
