My wife got her best fish so far, this morning. She caught and released a 41 incher and a 35 incher. I chimed in with a 42 incher. Was a nice morning of fishing down here in KY.
We are heading North to Wisconsin for our first northern fishing trip next week. Can't hardly wait!!!

Nice! You gonna start guiding? I'm doing good to catch one every other month not three a day!

We are planning to stay on the Chippewa Flowage, Sawyer County. I've never musky fished north of Cave Run Lake. I have asked some questions and received some help from some VERY nice people on this forum.
I'm going to try catching a fish on my own, but if that doesn't work out, I may hire a guide for a day. Either way, I think that I will be happy just to be there.

I feel like I'm doing well if I don't break something, or lose something, or hurt myself while I'm out there... in fact, we broke a fishing rod getting her fish into the net.

Good luck on the flowage, fishing has been pretty good recently! Jenks has a weekly report and a few of the guides put out frequent reports as well. Pm me if you have any questions.
