I have a Cabela's Depth Master III reel (20 LX) coupled with the Depth Master Trolling Rod (7'6" MED). Will this be large enough for trolling for Muskies this fall? Or should I just stick with it for walleyes?

I am not at all an expert with trolling but I can tell you that I have a couple med-heavy trolling rods and I don't think I would go any lighter than them. Especially for fall trolling with likely bigger baits.

It will work. I have used downrigger rods, they load up not not so excessive that they did not do the job. Reel size can be smaller since we typically don't have alot of line out.
