Sue and I went out on a local little lake tonight, fishing for walleyes, crappies, and perch in the shallow weeds with minnows and bobbers. Sue lets out a yell, all sorts of water flies around, a mid-40's muskie does a mighty head shake----

and spits out Sue's bobber.

Wow Steve, couple of nice perch. That's about a 7 pound walleye I bet.

Sooooooo, now you're gonna start adding trebles to all your bobbers???

If you add trebles to your bobbers..do you have to call them a "cheater" like they did with the old pike decoys?
Nice eaters there in the pic. Beauty pearch for sure.

Steve,

Those big perch remind me of my son's first couple of years in MN. He's affectionately known now as "The Perchmeister!" Ever time anyone catchs a perch in our family now the joke is, "Nice fish!" Those are Nice Fish by the way. (sometimes "nice fish" means "friendly") Gotta find a silver lining somehow.

Have a good day!
