Let's see pictures of your Tuffy 1760. What's your favorite color scheme?

Mine has black top and bottom, gray in the middle. No sparkles! Sorry no pictures on this device. I think there was a thread couple years ago called "let's see your rig" that had a bunch of pictures mine is there some where...

Here's one.

I have a Blue Jewel 1760GT. I haven't been able to get a good picture of it yet. On dark days the boat looks almost black, but in direct sun it's a pretty rich blue, and the polyflake really sparkles. If I ordered a new one I would probably add a gunmetal stripe or something to break the color up a little, but this boat looks good.

After waxing it once and applying Lucas Slick Mist at the end of every weekend, it's looking pretty shiny now. These pictures were before I washed and waxed it. Maybe I'll get some better ones this weekend.

If you do some searches 89 you'll be able to see a lot of colors. If I go the new Tuffy route, I am leaning towards the blue jewel and white. Curly- I would be very interested to see some better pics of your boat.

Setme31- is that the cherry fox?

I have often wondered why so many Tuffy Boats are dark colors. In the bass boat market red dominates yet I don't see many red boats. I've always liked the red/white X-190 that is on the website.

Here you go Curleytail. Blue jewel and Gunmetal was my choice.
I'm very happy with this scheme

Eagleweagle, that's a sharp boat and trailer! I like the touch the gunmetal adds. Somebody needs to add a gunmetal/silver and black polyflake boat here. I think Slamr still has his? That seems to really sparkle. I think I'd go with something like that if I were to order one, but I like the blue jewel too.

I took a few more pictures of mine. After close inspection I think the base color is black, with a LOT of blue and some silver glitter. The boat looks quite blue in direct sun, but otherwise looks navy blue to almost black to me. The caps in the rear, in direct high sun are really vibrant.

I like the color, but it does look quite a lot different in direct sun vs normal conditions or on cloudy days. When it really sparkles, I can't seem to keep my camera from washing the color out, even when playing with the exposure. I think you have to see one in person to really see what they can look like.

Here's a couple more pictures though.

Muskyfishing 89, they are quite stable for their width. Mine lists a little bit with a couple guys fishing off one side but barely noticeable. I can feel the boat move side to side slightly if I change sides of the boat, but not much at all. It's significantly more stable than my Alumacraft Navigator 165 was, and I felt that boat was pretty stable for what it was. The Tuffy blows it out of the water for handling rough water, both up and running and at rest while fishing.

Not a 1760, but I liked this combination. Gunmetal and Red. The boat fellas, the boat!

Here's the one I'm picking up from MD Services Friday. Mike chose the color scheme, but I didn't complain!

Mike at MD Services. You will need to discuss this with him so he can set it up. 2622063045. Be patient with the call back, it's a busy time of year for service and sales.

I have a tiller I'd give you are ride in. I am in Rhinelander.
