| I would like to use a prop wash rod when trolling on a Tuffy 1890. i need some info from anyone who does that. i thought about a clamp-on model for the transom, but the only rod holders i could find only opened to 2 inches. The transom is 2 1\2 inches thick. I'm not sure where i could mount one to the boat itself and be strong enough and not damage the boat.
