Location: Illinois | We have fished out of cole groves on the east end the past 3 years. We mainly target muskies but some of our guys really hit the bays and catch endless amounts of pike, some in excess of 40". Others have done well with walleyes, but we go in October so the musky fishing can be hit or miss. I have always heard great things about AML, but could be a little pricey. The east end is more of a big basin portion of the lake compared to the west. Awesome lake anyway you go at it! |

Location: Lake Country, Wisconsin | I think the Eastern end is better for walleyes. Darker water, big reefs out in the big basin...
I also have done better musky fishing at that end as well

Location: Hudson,WI | I've also stayed at Colegroves!! Love it there!! Scott and Marie are great people, and that end of the lake has a ton of options for all species. |

Location: Michigan | When you say 'east' are you talking about Osbourne bay or the area around Coleman's reef? |

| The darker stained waters of Osbourne are the easiest to fish for musky, esp during the day. Mid lake still has stain to it... The west arm is gin clear... |
