| I currently have a 6'6" medium heavy jerk baits rod and I personally think it is too small. Considering a 7'6" by st croix. Anybody have any suggestions? |

Location: MN | I use an XH 7' 6" for jerk baits and like it a lot.
The extra length is great for Figure 8's.
Of course love my 9 footer For other baits.

| 8' Med/Hvy toothtamer rod is very good for Suicks, Reef Hawgs, Bobbies, Gliders, reg bulldawgs, and the like. Strong backbone for hooksets and good bend to keep the hooked; very versitile. The whole line of Rods is priced right, superb quality and great customer service. |

Location: Grand Marais, MN | another choice if you are looking specificially at st. croix would be the mojo muskie 7'2" XH. great price, a little bit shorter than the 7'6" but something to consider |

| I use a 7'6 "the Jerk" that I bought off Craig's list a couple years back\. Put one of those Lexa's on it last year. It does a nice job picking up slack on WTD's, Dive and Rise and Gliders and the action on the rod is awesome. |
