I wish to announce that we have worked a special deal with ERC to provide our special custom colors on the Triple D's through them. We will no longer take orders through our shop for the Triple D's but they can be purchased through Matt at ERC. Any outstanding orders I have as of yesterdays date WILL be filled and as of today you will need to order from ERC. This will better anable us to provide them more efficiently and you won't have to wait as long to recieve them. We also wish to thank everyone for their patronage and to say that even better things are forthcoming.
Thanks and many releases,
Stan Durst

Thanks Theedz,
I would like to meet many of you guys too. In the six years I have been painting lures I have met, emailed, and exchanged messages on the board with many good people. I also find that 99 percent of them are good honest people. I really admire and am thankful for that.
I hope the "class act" you spoke of is a good term. ( which is the way I took it ) I have to tell you that I am nothing classy nor special as I am just an ordinary guy that is getting up in age and am trying to make good use of myself. I believe in honesty and and a gentlemans word. That comes from the "old school" and it has worked well for me. I feel that if a man gives his word than he should do his utmost to keep it. An old saying I believe in goes " Do right come what may ", it works for me. Well enough of that. But thank you and I hope to be able to meet you someday too, I always have room for a new friend.

Handyman ole dude, Your stuff is done and it leaves tomorrow by mail. Thank you my man for your patience and I hope you catch many big ones on them. Just please send old Stan some pictures of them for my album.

Stan, I ordered a couple of DDDs a while back. Was just wondering how they are coming along. Ordered one in Silver Perch and asked if you could do the other one in a Largemouth Bass pattern. Looking forward to hearing from you and using some of those other colors I got from you. Can hardly wait for season to get here.

Stan I meant exactly what you thought I meant.

Too bad that there aren't more people in this world with your work ethic, trust and honesty.

Hey Muskyone,
Boy am I glad you wrote. I painted that darn largemouth style just before the Pitts show and I liked it so well that I painted a couple more to see how they would go. I have both your lures hanging in my basement because I have turned my place upside down trying to find the darn order for them and couldn't. Couldn't remember who ordered it either. Email your addy to me again and they will be on their way. I've been holding on to them waiting and hoping someone would ask about them. Dude, I'm really sorry about that but at least I now know who it belongs to now.

Theedz,
Thanks much. There are people out there like that. I always tell people to make payment by check or money order after they receive their order and it always comes. Still their are a few that send a check with their old baits for re-painting. I am just finishing one just like that now. Usualy I don't cash it till the order is done as I am well behind and am catching up now. So there are a lot of good honest people out there. If you ever get close enough to fish the Pymatuning here in Western Pa. you call me and we will hook up. That goes the same for anyone out there.
You all have a great weekend and fish hard.
Capt. Larry called me and told me that a gentleman ( don't know if he wants his name released so will leave it go for now) caught a 54 incher with a 26 inch girth on one of my custom colors and is trying to get me a picture from him. What does the formula put the weight at??( Boy if I could do that now )
Many releases to all,
