Howdy! Heading to Webster from St. Louis on Wed and have a question regarding what type of highway 31 is. Is it a regular interstate with no stop-lights or is it full of small towns, traffic-lights, etc...

Thanks

Highway 31 is 4 lane, but is not limited access. Between Indianapolis and South Bend, the traffic lights of Kokomo are infamous.

Webster is on Highway 13, a 2 lane highway with numerous small towns (figure a town every 5-8 miles).
