Wanted to know what brand and style number folks like to use. What do folks think of vmc. 9650's?

VMC's are good hooks. I use 6/0 & 7/0 VMC 9617BZ on the bucktails that I make. I've been happy with them. Today through Sunday you can get all VMC hooks at Rollie & Helen's for 15% off.

Both the mustad 3551 and the vmc's mentioned above are good hooks. I use both on the bucktails I make and don't prefer one over the other
