Posts: 208 | Attention to all you keep my boat looking hot fisherman! Every time i fish and pull my fiberglass boat out of the water I wipe it down with my spray bottle which is a combination of Vinegar/Water which gets all the water spots and slime off the boat. Someone i know recommended to me a product called bassboatsaver. The person claimed after applying bass boat saver the water just beads off the boat vs the typical water spots you need to wipe off after every trip. Does anyone have any feedback on this product? Safe for fiberglass? Other recommendations? Thanks everyone!

Posts: 3518 Location: north central wisconsin | Good product. I also apply to my 690 after using on Petenwell, and makes algae cleanup a breeze. The guys at the company are good to work with. A gallon jug lasts me a season but I'm out alot.

Posts: 1144 Location: Minnesota. | Does this stuff replace a good washing followed by a spray waxing/rubbing out like with a good spray auto wax? In other words do you still need to wax your rig after using this product? Thanks.

Jeremy - 2/11/2015 2:27 PM Does this stuff replace a good washing followed by a spray waxing/rubbing out like with a good spray auto wax? pretty much, yes. i wax my boat every year in spring. through the rest of the year i use BBS after every use, and after monthly hand washings. works great!
