Should I get a chrome or prism Shallow Raider. I like maximum flash, but I want it to last as well. Does the chrome stay on there pretty well these days?

I have a few chrome, stopped buying them because they almost all chipped off.

Can't speak to how they are now.

Epoxy would help for a while. The problem is adhesion to the plastic. Epoxy would probably slow it down a bit. But eventually it will start coming off epoxy and all

When I do repaints on these I strip them to bare plastic

Believe it or not, where I fish we have no luck with the chrome ones and good success with the prism. Not sure why

Tear em up on the chrome ones. The finish barely lasts a week but it is worth it.
