If you don't mind me asking, how do you do that? Is it hand painted or is it some sort of decal that is cleard over?

What I'm doing is the fabric equivalent of photofoil. Find a fabric pattern that you like, glue it to the blank, apply multiple layers of epoxy and finish with whatever paint you want for the gills, belly, etc. It's not a production technique because it typically requires 4-6 layers of epoxy and that's a fairly slow process, but you can achieve some interesting effects.
